What is your return Policy on Instock Items? TOP

We stand behind all of our products and will offer a full refund on any order within 14days of shipping.  Items must be un-washed, un-opened, and In their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on items smelling like smoke, or other strong smells.  This is for the benefit of us all.  We do not refund any shipping charges.  This includes those paid at checkout and those returning your item.  The only exception to this rule is if an item is defective.  Refunds will be given once we receive your item back and it is inspected, you will be given your refund via the same way you paid.  We take pride in our speedy shipping and great service.  We will try and work with you on any issues that arise.  If you are unhappy, please contact me.  I am reasonable.  I will do my best to please you, and see that all of your expectations are met within reason.

Store Credit, Exchanges, Giftable Credit TOP

In the event you wish to cancel an order that was considered a 'special order', {Items that might not normally be in-stock, but are available with my vendors} you will be offered store credit. Store credit can be used to exchange for another item of equal value, or towards a more expensive purchase such as [but not limited too] a Nurslings Carrier. {Nurslings Hemp Tai, Baby Hemp Tai, or Nurslings Wrap Conversion}. Subsequently, our store credit may also be gifted to someone you know, to be used towards a purchase for themselves. We just ask that they let us know before they purchase and place your name and amount of credit in their notes field of their order, and proceed with payment, and we will refund the difference on their order. Naturally Nurslings appreciates all of our customers, and wants everyone to remain a happy, loyal customer for years to come. We try to come up with creative ways to offer refunds, exchanges and Store Credit. We hope you understand our policies.

Wrap to Mei Tai {Wraptation} Refunds/Exchanges/Policies TOP

   1. If we do not receive your wrap within 30 days of your order AND you have not made any arrangements with us for an extension, your order will be labeled as "Complete" and we will not sew your order until you pay a late penalty fee of $10.00. We do not issue refunds under these circumstances.

   2. If you change your mind on a wrap conversion BEFORE you ship your wrap to us, but after the 24 hour cancellation window, a cancellation fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund. NO exceptions.  Please don't ask.

   3. If you change your mind on a wrap converson AFTER you ship the carrier to us but we have not started on your order, a cancellation fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund and you will be invoiced and responsible for paying return shipping before we return the wrap to you. If that fee is not paid within 30 days, your wrap will not be returned to you and will become property of Naturally Nurslings LLC.

   4. If you change your mind on a wrap conversion AFTER you have shipped your wrap AND after we have started sewing your order, we will be unable to refund you. Sorry, no exceptions.  Your carrier will be sewn and mailed to you.

Insurance and Refunds on Lost Packages TOP
I offer insurance and Delivery Confirmation. If you refuse to purchase insurance or delivery confirmation and your package gets lost in the mail system, there will be NO refunds on lost or damaged uninsured packages. No Exceptions

We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

1. You don't like the print you chose
2. You changed your mind on strap length, color, print, etc.
3. You are having financial issues
4. You found a different item you like better
5. You did not read these policies and did not know you could not return your purchase

Nurslings Hemp Tai Do's and Dont's!! TOP

While enjoying your Nurslings Hemp Tai, please exercise caution and always keep your child safe.  Here is a list of some things to keep in mind while wearing your child in any carrier:

NEVER do these:

• Never Cook, or Handle Hot Foods while wearing your child {Particularly on your front or hip} {use your own judgment while wearing your child on your back}
• Never Ride a Bicycle or other such mode of transportation while wearing your child.  This is unsafe and your carrier is NOT a safety seat. Please use a frame mounted bike trailer, or other Safe bike seat for your child with harness.
• NEVER drive a car while wearing your child.  Your carrier is NOT a safety seat and should never be used as a car seat
• Never use your baby carrier as a car seat or as a substitute for a car seat.

DO enjoy:

• Walking, cleaning, light exercise
• Taking care of siblings
• Eating out
• Simply pacing around the house
• Talking on the telephone

Did you invent Mei Tai Carriers? TOP

No. of course not.  They have been around for at least a century.  Traditionally in Asia.  However, the Nurslings Hemp Tai design and name, is/are my own design.  It is loosely based on a tradtional Mei Tai.  I am extremely proud of our design, and is the fruit of much love and labor and extensive testing.  It is my intellectual property.  Please do not reproduce, replicate or in any other form take my design, or name "Hemp Tai" and make your own carrier to sell for a business.  I will hunt you down.  Nurslings Hemp Tais are like one of my children.

We are not responsible for any accidents or injury to yourself or your child when using our product.

By purchasing a Nurslings carrier you understand the risks involved in using ANY baby carrier and agree to not hold Naturally Nurslings LLC liable for any falls, damage, scrapes, cuts, bumps, bruises, trauma or blood related injuries resulting in but not limited to severe injury or death.

Please always exercise caution while wearing your child in any form of baby carrier.
